Pistoia has a very rich artistic heritage, monumental buildings of various ages, Romanesque and Gothic churches.

The guided tour includes the beautiful Cathedral Square with the romanesque church of San Zeno, the gothic Baptistery , the Bishops palace  and the massive medieval tower of Catiline.

We’ll continue to the “Piazzetta della Sala” finding the famous “Pozzo del leoncino” (the Lion well), the hospital “del Ceppo” and the Church of St. Andrew. In the last mentioned church the first pulpit carved by Giovanni Pisano (the other is located in Pisa, into the Cathedral).
